Refund Policy

We want you to love your Toasty Feet. If your slippers arrive defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Please include your order number and a photo.

Wrong size? Contact us within 30 days and we will help you swap to the other size. Slippers must be unworn and in their original box.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you added the guarantee to your order, you can return your slippers for a full refund of the product price for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Protection: if you added Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we will send a free replacement.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Add-on fees (Shipping Protection, Priority Shipping, Money-Back Guarantee) are not refundable once the order has shipped.
